Tracing owners of vacant property

We are highly experienced in researching ownership of vacant properties.

When a property is vacant for a long time, ownership can be difficult to establish. The property may not yet be registered with the Property Registration Authority, which means searched would need to be conducted at the Registry of Deeds. Even then, it can be possible that the previous owner may have passed away, and ownership is still uncertain.
